X-rays are digital radiography diagnostic tool we use for both the body and when performing dental cleanings. Images are ready in seconds and enable our team to diagnose quickly and accurately.
Pet radiology is useful for the diagnosis of a number of conditions related to the musculoskeletal, digestive, reproductive, and urinary systems, including fractures/broken bones, foreign bodies, and other conditions.
While x-rays are non-invasive, some do require your pet remains completely still, so sedation and/or anesthesia of your pet may be necessary. However, the duration of sedation is usually short and your pet should recover quickly. Our team will monitor your pet throughout the procedure and recovery.
